PGE#2 Deep Cove Barge

We will do a shore dive to get re-acquainted with the Deep Cove Barge.

The Deep Cove barge was launched as the PGE# 2 at Eburne in 1937, was 210 feet long with capacity of 14 rail cars. The barge was sold to Island Tug and Barge in February 1957 and to Arnie Bentzen in 1963.

It sank in Deep Cove in the early 1970’s.

We will meet at the end of Setchell Road at 09:00 AM
