Our AGM will be held in Victoria this year immediately folllowing the April Speakers Series talk. There have been recent changes in the BC Societies Act which is the governing law for our Society. As a result we are required to update the wording of the Society's Constitution to align to the new legal requirements. There will be a special resolution to amend the wording of the current Constitution to meet the new legal requirements that will be put a vote at the meeting.
